Temple University Master of Public Policy Information Session

Advance your career. Enhance your community. Temple's Public Policy programs are designed for those who want to make positive social change. Join us for an info session to learn more.

This virtual info session will cover the Master of Public Policy, Online Master of Public Policy, Certificate in Public Policy, MPP +1 program (for current Temple undergrads) and the MPP-MPH Dual Degree Program.

Develop the analytic skills to be able to formulate and assess public policies and evaluate the effectiveness of government programs at the federal, state, and local levels. Learn the “softer” skills of leadership and communicating your ideas in a political context. We train generalists who combine technical competency with a sophisticated understanding of the policy process. Our practical and applied programs prepare graduates for careers in government and the non-profit and private sectors addressing urgent policy issues in education, health care, criminal justice, economic development and more.

State of Young Philadelphia 2024

This year, State of Young Philadelphia will be a one-day symposium featuring an inspiring lineup of community organizations offering a wide variety of programming. They will delve into key topics such as education, mental health, local government, the environment, and substance abuse, among others. Light refreshments will be provided for both breakfast and lunch. 

As part of our event, we are proud to support Operation Save Our City’s Sunshine House and invite attendees to bring donations. Items requested include socks, non-perishable snacks, toiletries, and menstrual products. Your contributions will help support those in need in our community.
