The Festival of Many Colors is a free outdoor festival showcasing three festive Philadelphia traditions - the Mummers, Philly Caribbean Carnival and Carnaval de Puebla en Philadelphia. It features craft vendors, food truck and performances including Quaker City String Band, Philly Pan Starts Steel Orchestra, Banda La Poblanita and other acts from the three traditions.
