Participants will earn 6 Continuing Education credits through two engaging 3-hour sessions designed for today’s real estate professionals. The program includes a mandatory Agency & Law core class covering RELRA, disclosure requirements, and fiduciary duties, along with an elective course, “ResiMercial Revolution,” which explores the growing crossover between residential and commercial management models.

Instruction will be led by Fred Buehler, broker-owner, industry trainer, frequent Triple Play speaker, and current President of the Gloucester Salem Board of Realtors.

Guests will also experience the gallery during March for Art, InLiquid’s annual fundraising campaign. During this time, the gallery is filled with hundreds of works of art, giving attendees the opportunity to spend the day learning and networking while surrounded by an expansive exhibition of contemporary artwork.

Lunch is included for all registered attendees.

Following the educational sessions, guests are invited to stay for an Industry Happy Hour, open to agents, investors, developers, architects, designers, and lenders. This relaxed networking gathering brings together professionals from across the regional real estate ecosystem to exchange ideas, build connections, and unwind after a productive day of learning.
